all-locales

Arguments:

This function returns the list of all active locale objects.

Examples:

(let ((before (all-locales)))
   (def-locale :test :external-format (find-external-format :latin1))
   (set-difference (all-locales) before)) 
       -> (#<locale :test [:latin1-base]>)
